Yes! The entire 8 hour course can be taken online from any computer with internet access at anytime.

Question:
How long does it take to get the certificate?

Does the course cost anything?

Answer:
There is a cost of $100 to attend Delaware Aggressive Driving. The price will cover all elements of the course including immediate access to the site and the completion certificate. Per state regulation, this is the only price we may charge for the course tuition, not including additional options you may choose, such as rush mailing fees. Fortunately, Delaware Aggressive Driving offers a convenient payment plan, allowing you to start the course for as little as $33. See "How can I pay for the course?" for more details.

Answer:
That is what makes this course so easy and great! You can take this from home, work, a friend or family's house, your local library, or you can even rent computer time at any internet café or other access point. Whatever computer you use, you simply need Internet access. You can also start on your own computer and then finish on another. This program also works with most web enabled cellular phones.

Question:
Must I complete this course in one sitting?

Answer:
Delaware Aggressive Driving is designed for the person who does not have a lot of time. The course is broken up into numerous sections. For example, you can complete one segment, log off, and then log back on at a later time, and the computer will record the section you have completed. You can log on and off as many times as you wish until you complete the program. You can also do the entire course in one sitting, it's up to you.

Question:
What if I have no e-mail address?

Answer:
Do not worry if you have no e-mail address, as one is not needed to take this course. Any correspondence can be directly printed off the program or be done via mail or telephone. On the registration just skip the email field as it is not mandatory. You may also use a friend's e-mail address, if you wish.

Question:
I have already enrolled. How do I get back into the program?

Answer:
If you have already enrolled, you have a username and password. You may re-enter those credentials on our homepage where instructed as many times as necessary to access and complete the program. If you have forgotten or lost your username or password, give us a call at 888-714-7456.

Question:
I just got knocked offline in the middle of a section. What do I do now?

Answer:
Many Internet users are knocked offline frequently. This may result from a lost Internet connection, another call interrupting your connection if you are on a single line with call waiting, or simply because your own computer crashes. Remember, as you complete each section of the course, your progress is logged. Completion of chapter one, for example, cannot be lost if your answers are submitted to the system and graded on screen. Being knocked offline at that point will bring you back to the start of the next chapter, it will not delete chapter one. Our website is unable to control your Internet connection and inactivity on your part will not result in our system knocking you offline. Any activity requirements will be on the part of your Internet service provider.

Question:
Are there any special computer requirements to participate in the course?

Answer:
There are no special computer requirements. If you can read this answer, you can enroll and complete the entire course online.

Question:
What happens if I fail the final? Can I take it again?

Answer:
You may take the final an unlimited number of times at no additional charge.
