Program Details:

The intent of Delaware's aggressive driving law is to identify aggressive drivers and change their high-risk driving habits by requiring their attendance in a specific training program. The ultimate goal is crash prevention.

Aggressive driving is defined in terms of existing Title 21 offenses such as failure to yield, unsafe lane change, disregard of a traffic control device, failure to stop at the command of a police officer, following too closely, passing on a shoulder, and speeding. Individuals convicted of 3 or more of these offenses as a result of continuous conduct are guilty of aggressive driving and are subject to increased penalties. Offenders are required to complete a behavioral modification/attitudinal-driving course within 90 days after the conviction for aggressive driving. Failure to attend the course may result in suspension of the individual's driving privilege.

When you register, you choose your own username and password to gain access to the program immediately.

The course is divided into numerous sections. Once you have completed the reading portion of the program, you will be required to pass the final examination. The final examination is 50 questions in length and is multiple choice. To pass the exam, you need to answer at least 70% of questions correctly.

You will have multiple times to pass the final exam, if needed. The tuition includes the entire program and the completion certificate. If you do not pass, you will be able to retake our program immediately at no additional charge.

We created our program to be as convenient as possible for the student. It is designed as an alternative to a classroom program and allows you to study at your own pace. You may participate in the program in one sitting or use your access code many times and complete the reading in increments of time, according to your own schedule. You may even print out the quiz questions first and answer them in writing as you read through the curriculum. The goal is for you to comprehend and absorb the materials.

Please ensure to submit your answers within three to four (3-4) days before your completion due date so we can deliver the certificate to you on time. If the certificate must be rushed, we can complete your certificate within a couple hours notice, if necessary!
